Wedding Florals FAQ

What florals will I need and how much will they cost? 

This will depend on your wedding - a bit like the saying "how long is a piece of string". Usually there are bridal party florals such as bouquets and buttonholes, followed by ceremony and reception styling where florals are generally included. TLFM can assist in offering suggestions on what you might require for your flowers to fit within your floral budget

I have submitted an inquiry what next?

 Katrina, your floral designer, will be in touch within two working days. After your initial enquiry, a floral proposal will be prepared once you’ve discussed your vision—either via email or over the phone. Your proposal will include a selection of styling concepts and pricing options for you to explore, helping you choose the florals that best reflect your day 

Do TLFM offer packages

Some florists offer set packages; however, I find these difficult to tailor. When I prepare a floral quote, I customise everything to your budget and provide a range of pricing options for you to choose from.

Where do TLFM travel too

I service Brisbane, Moreton Bay, Brisbane Bayside, Sunshine Coast and Hinterland, Gold Coast and Hinterland, Scenic Rim and Toowoomba regions. Please feel free to get in contact to see if I deliver to your area. So, basically the Southeast Queensland region.

Is there a cost for travel

Yes. Travel is calculated and included on your floral proposal based on the kilometres travelled.

Can I collect my flowers

Yes. I have a home-based floral studio in Narangba on the Brisbane Northside where you can arrange to collect your flowers this is usually for couples who are collecting bridal party florals not reception/ceremony florals. This can be discussed in more detail at time of booking

Do I have a minimum spend

I currently do not have a minimum spend as I like to cater for all budgets where reasonable. 

How do I make an inquiry

You can submit an online inquiry through the contact page, or if you prefer, you can email me directly feel free to email through any inspirational images that you have as this assists in seeing what styling you like. 

How much deposit is required at booking

If you are happy with the floral proposal and would like to go ahead and book in your wedding florals A 25% non-refundable booking payment is required to secure your date. The final payment is due 6 weeks before your wedding day. After the final payment florals are ordered through local suppliers. This information is outlined further in the T&C at time of booking

Do TLFM set up of ceremony and reception florals

Yes, TLFM offers full set up of florals to ensure everything is perfect for your special day, this will be incorporated into the floral proposal 

Do TLFM offer pack down of florals

This can definitely be arranged and the fee included on the floral proposal. The fee for pack down will vary depending on time and location. Often you will find venues are happy to assist with the pack down as well. 

Does TLFM do other events other than weddings?

Yes, happy to assist with events such as engagement parties, birthdays, corporate events and sympathy florals. Feel free to touch base to find out more.
